• The ORICO 6228US3-C is a dual‑bay HDD/SSD docking station. It is meant to let you plug in SATA hard drives (HDD) or solid‑state drives (SSD) — either 2.5-inch or 3.5-inch — and treat them as external drives, or clone one drive to another.

• It supports two drives at once, so you could have two HDDs, two SSDs, or a mix of HDD + SSD.

• You don’t need a screwdriver or special tools: the dock is “tool-free” — you just insert the drives into the slots.

This makes it useful for a variety of tasks: data migration (e.g. migrating from HDD to SSD), backups, quick access to multiple drives, or cloning drives without needing to install them internally in a PC.
